Terms of sale.
Scope
These terms of sale apply to the consulting services, workshops, studies, strategic support, training and professional interventions offered by Tadaame.
Orders and proposals
Each engagement is covered by a commercial proposal or quotation setting out the scope, deliverables, timetable, financial terms and working arrangements. An order becomes binding once the quotation or proposal has been accepted in writing.
Pricing and payment
Prices are stated excluding taxes unless otherwise indicated. Invoicing, deposits and payment terms are set out in the commercial proposal. Statutory late-payment penalties may apply in the event of late payment.
Performance of services
Tadaame undertakes to perform the services with due care and professionalism. Timelines may change when the client is late in providing information, approvals or access required for the engagement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in the commercial proposal, Tadaame retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, analytical frameworks, tools, working documents and know-how. Final deliverables may be used by the client within the scope agreed for the engagement.
Confidentiality
Each party undertakes to keep confidential the sensitive information exchanged in connection with the engagement.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
